Security Management Training

ASC Training & Development in conjunction with Empower Justice Services are pleased to announce a series of workshops that help employers and employees manage crisis situations that may occur at work.

Facilitated by Andrew Paterson, a renowned practitioner in this field, the workshops cover a range of escalating situations:

About your Presenter

Combining a wealth of experienced in crisis intervention, victim support, prison management and crime prevention, Andrew is a unique and highly respected figure within the Australian and International Justice systems. 

As Principal of Empower Justice Services, Andrew works with local, state and national organisations in the prevention of crime and the empowerment of its victims. He is a renowned Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design practitioner, a board member of the International Centre for the Prevention of Crime (Montreal) and an Associate of the American Crime Prevention Institute (Louisville, Kentucky).

Andrew is a gifted teacher and trainer, teaching part-time at the University of South Australia and offering training around Australia in crime prevention and dealing with aggression. He holds a BA in psychology, and post graduate degrees in Social Administration and Social Science.
