As the year winds down, I realise it has been some time since our last e-Newsletter. We have now been at our new location on North Terrace for over a year and have grown with the addition of 3 new staff members.

The training landscape looks healthy moving into 2012. Productivity Places Program funding is enabling clients to tap into full qualifications for their staff, and a new funding model, (Skills For All) will be in place from 1st. July 2012. Registered Training Organisations (including ourselves) are currently going through the process of registration to become Skills For All providers.
 

We plan to hold an event in late March 2012 to launch our new business structure and product mix, and to celebrate our first year in the CBD. We look forward to hosting all friends, clients and associates at this event – more to follow in the New Year.

ASC T&D staff have banded together to donate blood for the Red Cross. If you are interested in your team becoming involved, see www.donateblood.com.au/club-red for information.

Kelly Sullivan (ASC Admin Officer), heads off to Nepal next week to continue her outstanding charity work. Kelly has raised over $40,000 towards the building of a school in a Nepalese village, and is heading off to project manage the next step. We all wish Kelly safe travels and a wonderful experience.
