Tony combines 15 years managing a Registered Training Organisation with a previous 16 years in teaching and school leadership roles. He is committed to delivering exceptional service to all clients, both as a manager and as a facilitator.

Over the past 15 years Tony has worked with small and large organisations to help build the capability of people in management and leadership positions. Tony has built a reputation as a highly professional and engaging facilitator, and is sought after as a presenter in the areas of leadership, self-management and training and learning.

Sharon Ayris

Operations Manager

Sharon oversees all operational facets of the organisation and is our key client contact person. She has a wealth of experience in Office management and Team leader roles.Sharon brings high level management and organisation skills to this role. Her attention to detail and her responsiveness to client needs are acknowledged consistently by all our clients.  Sharon also manages our website and online learning environment (e-Learning) using a range of tools including Moodle.

Liz Britton

Liz brings extensive experience in training and education to her consulting role. She manages client relationships, working with them to identify training needs and develop customised programs and materials.

Peter has spent the past 20 years in a variety of management and leadership positions in both the private and public sectors, from large Commonwealth departments to a small family retail business.  Peter harnesses his passion for facilitating to deliver energetic training workshops.

Lee-Anne has over 20 years of Safety and Injury management experience. Her particular interests lie in management systems and their development and strategic reviews and planning for organisations. Lee-Anne has worked in many industries including, meat industry, health, education, manufacturing, government sector and transport. Lee-Anne has delivered a wide variety of training to many industries.

Madeleine Regan

Qualifications

Madeleine was a secondary school English teacher for more than 15 years.  Since leaving the school sector, she has developed resources, and produced professional development programs for workplaces in the education and social welfare sectors. She holds degrees in Education and Social Work.

Madeleine is interested in the ways that people use language. She is passionate about writing and the need to communicate clearly and to be purposeful about selecting the appropriate words for different contexts.  She reads widely and has a great appetite for fiction and history.

Currently she provides a range of facilitation, research and writing services. Madeleine applies active communication skills in groups, and creates opportunities for participants to make connections and apply new ideas to their workplace and other contexts.

She is a member of the Oral History Association of South Australia and the Professional Historians Association (SA).

Rob Weedon

Project Management

Rob started as a project manager with the Commonwealth Department of Employment Education and Training in 1986, managing major national projects for the introduction of changes to training practices and awards across a range of industries.
He left the public sector in 1993 and managed projects in human resource development, tourism, workplace safety, indigenous employment and industrial relations.
Since 1997 he has been delivering training in project management to a wide variety of industries and organisations including the telecommunications, banking, power distribution, health, education, manufacturing, defence and federal, state and local government sectors.
Rob has been delivering highly successful Project Management programs for ASC Training &Development since late 2008.

Roger has a wealth of knowledge and practical experience having spent over 26 years in Safety & Risk Management fields. For the last 15 years Roger has worked in consultancy roles providing consultancy and training services to a wide variety of industries in both the public and private sector. Roger’s particular strengths and interest lie within strategic planning and organisational risk profiling.

I started my OHS/SHE career while still in the health care industry. I then worked as an OHS Cordinator/Manager in the car component, footwear, food and manufacturing industrys.

I began work as a consultant with Business SA and remained there for six years. I went from Business SA to a small consulting company and stayed there for (3) years. In 2009 I branched out on my own to allow me to service client needs with greater flexability. I have formed alliances with other small traders so that together we can provide a holistic service.

Vincent Schar

'Vinny' is engaged by ASC as a facilitator of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Frontline Management. Vinny has a broad mix of experience including work in the Public Safety sector, building industry and workplace trainer. He has over 15 years experience in supervision, management and training.
Vinny has the ability to engage with participants at all levels in the learning process. He delivers with humour and has a strong commitment to achieving excellent outcomes for all participants.
