Michelle’s previous roles were mainly in communications where she worked as a Business Account Manager. Michelle’s direction changed in 2002 when she took on Facility Management of training rooms for an organisation in Adelaide’s CBD.
This gave her a wonderful insight into adult learning and it’s been all about training ever since.
“Giving a client more than they expect is paramount. Communication is key. If you say you’re going to do something, then do it. It’s as simple as that.
For me personally, maintaining and building our existing relationships it the most rewarding part of my role. Exceeding our clients expectations is what sets us apart from everyone else and it’s a common theme amongst team ASC and something that I’m so happy to be associated with.”
