ASC Training & Development is compliant with the VET Quality Framework Standards for National Vocational Education and Training Regulator (NVR) Registered Training Organisations and operates in accordance with the relevant provisions of the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011.

ASC Training & Development was successfully audited by ASQA for continuing registration in October 2014.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
ASC Training & Development is committed to providing high quality training to its clients and stakeholders through the use of systematic review and evaluation of all aspects of the provision and delivery of training services. These include:
- Regular consultation with all staff trainers and assessors
- Annual reviews of all course content
- Annual internal / external audit process / reporting
- Tracking, and follow-up of improvement actions
- Monitoring and evaluating participant / client feedback
ASQA Quality Indicators Report
ASC Training & Development provides an annual report to ASQA on Learner Engagement and Employer Satisfaction. This report includes data on responses rates, stakeholder feedback and improvement actions.
In the 2014 Learner Engagement Survey (35 question areas), ASC Training & Development received 100% positive responses to 15 questions and greater than 92% in a further 18 question areas.
The Employer Satisfaction Survey received 100% positive responses to all question areas.
