Congratulations to all participants of the Auditor-General’s Graduate Program 2019.
This marks the 6th Graduate Program that ASC Training & Development have designed and delivered for the Auditor-General’s Department since 2014.
In 2019 the course comprised 5 x ½ day workshops. Topics were contextualised to the Department’s needs and covered:
- How Government Works
- Ethics
- Communication
- Clients
- Teams and work practices
“ASC have been presenting our Graduate Development program for 6 years. We have consistently received very positive feedback from participants, with rankings of “very good” to “excellent”.
Although the program modules focus on personal skills the course content is tailored for our particular requirements, and ASC have been very responsive to modifying content to our requirements. This includes reconfiguring three separate modules into two modules, in response to feedback received during our program evaluation from the previous year.”
