Your expertise?
In addition to my extensive Business and HR management experience at Executive level, I currently consult in areas of business strategy, human resource management, leadership development, risk management, work health and safety, and project management. I have worked in private and public sectors as well as not-for-profit organizations in industries such as manufacturing, disability, professional services, education, and energy.
As an educator, I am capable of transferring knowledge and skills to clients and learners seamlessly, utilizing the skills and knowledge I have gained along the way, which are backed up by a range of formal qualifications in each area.
Leadership and collaboration are two of my passions, and I attribute most of my success in significant projects and change management processes to my people skills.
Your work with ASC?
During my time at ASC, I have primarily focused on project management, risk management, and human resources. My experience covers many of the programs and qualifications that ASC offers, and I'm excited to deliver more with ASC.
What do you think makes a great learning experience?
Similar to anything in life, we must make sure that learning is meaningful, appropriate, and relatable. During my training sessions, I like to incorporate real-life practical experiences and insights to help participants relate to the theory. It always amazes me how much people in a group can learn from one another, especially when everyone contributes, shares their experiences (both good and bad), and applies what they've learned to their work. I strive to bring passion and insight to every learning experience to make it truly impactful.
One fun fact about you?
I’ve enjoyed Christmas Eve dinner in Katharine Hepburn’s home in New York.
