Certain training can attract funding. In South Australia, training subsidies are available to eligible participants for approved programs. The subsidies, based on a co-contribution model, can significantly reduce the cost of training.

How we work with you
Phase 1 – Initial contact
After we receive your enquiry, we’ll have a brief conversation with you to find out:
- your organisation’s needs
- why you are interested in training
- what outcomes you would like to achieve.
Phase 2 – Discovery consultation
When you are ready to proceed, you will be assigned a Client Relationship Manager. They will do a deep dive into your training needs and help you understand what funding may be available to support your requirements.
Phase 3 – Proposal development
After your specific training needs have been established, a training proposal will be developed. The proposal will reflect the discussion during the discovery consultation and may include contextualisation of the training program to ensure the learning experience is aligned to your specific needs.
Phase 4 – Develop and deliver
If our proposal is acceptable to you, we will begin the design phase. Our Training Coordinator and subject matter expert facilitator will consult with you throughout this phase and your Client Relationship Manager will also keep in touch to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Our approach to training revolves around understanding your needs, and then finding the offering that is fit-for-your-purpose. That might be:
- training for upskilling or skills refreshers (non-accredited corporate training).
- nationally recognised training that leads to vocational qualifications.
- one of our PMI certifications (we are the only South Australian-based Authorised Training Partner for the Project Management Institute).
- a tailor-made program designed for you from scratch to align with your specific requirements.
Whichever option you choose, our offering will be tailored to your industry, your sector and your organisational context, ensuring your participants receive training that is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable to their roles.
We also offer a range of learning modes from face-to-face and live virtual classrooms to e-learning and blended training options. Each of our courses is designed to be dynamic, engaging and interactive, and relevant to the contemporary work environment.
