Organisations can face complex challenges when their workers become ill or injured. Managing return to work processes can be stressful, as you juggle what is best for the organisation and the worker. Sometimes it can feel like these are at odds with each other.
However, providing support to your injured or ill workers makes a big difference to their return to work and psychological health, and sends a message to your workers that your business has fair processes and cares about its people.
Our Return to Work Coordinator Training will give you the knowledge and skills to manage the return to work process effectively.
Participants will learn about:
- the Return to Work scheme

- preparing the workplace to manage work injury
