We partnered with REDARC, a rapidly growing organisation operating in a dynamic environment, to develop and deliver a customised leadership development program. The program included a series of workshops and practical business improvement projects. This resulted in enhanced leadership capabilities, improved confidence and decision-making skills across the organisation. This program was so successful that REDARC runs it annually.
Bidfood Australia
We designed and delivered “Leadership in Action”, a national leadership and customer service program specifically tailored to Bidfood’s environment. Developed for time-poor leaders, the program utilised compact online training sessions and interactive tools to build stronger leadership practices, improve customer service standards, and establish a shared leadership language across nationwide branches.
Dulux
ASC delivered a customised Train-the-Trainer program for Dulux staff based on the TAEDEL311 unit. By upskilling employees to become confident and capable internal trainers, the program strengthened internal training capability, improved knowledge transfer and employee engagement across the organisation, and reduced external provider costs.
