What is your role at ASC?
As a Learning & Development Consultant, I design and facilitate training programs, apply adult learning principles, and ensure quality assurance. I engage with clients to assess needs, customise courses, promote programs, and assess participants' qualifications within multiple areas of expertise.
How would you describe a job done well?
It makes my day when participants tell me the program equipped them with valuable skills that empower them with practical strategies to enhance their effectiveness not only in the workplace but in all relationships.
One hidden talent?
With a passion for the outdoors, I was a qualified rock climbing and abseiling instructor many moons ago. I still like to use these skills in a safer environment, on indoor climbing walls and supervised.
