Your experience?

I started at ASC in 2007 in a Reception/Admin role. I have been part of the admin team since then. I moved from Reception into the Training Coordinator role, and now work in our Digital Learning team.

What is your role at ASC?

My main responsibility is the digital learning management system where participants access course resources and submit their assessments. I set up new courses, enrol participants and organise access to our Live Virtual Classrooms.

How would you describe a job done well?

When there are less emails to action at the end of the day than there were at the start of the day.
