I am a passionate adult educator. I strive to assist others to improve their knowledge of the VET Sector and their training and assessment skills. For the past 10 years, I have specialised as a facilitator of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
I also design and deliver non-accredited workshops for a variety of clients. My goal is to develop learning programs tailored to meet the group needs, which keep participants engaged and in the learning space!
What is your role at ASC?
Primarily, I deliver the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. This qualification is often described as the toughest and most challenging qualification in VET. I am up for the challenge of making it engaging and relevant to each of our learners.
How would you describe a job done well?
Taking learners on a journey from being reticent to share a bit of their background with their table group to facilitating three 30-minute training sessions – that is very satisfying.
One hidden talent?
I can insert a USB stick the right way first go nearly 50% of the time.
