The Diploma of Project Management is a specialised qualification aimed at developing the capabilities required for effective project management across diverse industries and organisational contexts.
This diploma offers a thorough grounding in the core principles, methodologies, and practices of project management, preparing learners to proficiently manage and deliver projects.
This qualification will give you a range of skills, knowledge and practical project management tools including:
- a comprehensive grasp of project management fundamentals, tools, and techniques
- the ability to efficiently plan projects, covering aspects such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder engagement
- expertise in leading projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, quality outcomes
- proficiency in identifying, analysing, and managing project risks, along with stakeholder engagement planning
- skills to implement continuous improvement and professional development within their professional context.

$5,200 (GST free)
A 20% deposit may be required. Payment plans are available for individuals.
Please note:
- ASC Training & Development does not take payment of more than $1,500 from individuals in a single payment.
- Nationally recognised training is GST free.
To enrol in this course you must:
- have English language and literacy skills sufficient to undertake study at the diploma level.
- have good computer skills and be able to organise and manage files, edit documents, research information on the internet, and record video on your phone, tablet or other device.
- be able to commit 20-35 hours of your own time for each assessment (assessment tasks are completed between sessions).

Assessment
- Assessment is competency based. You will be assessed as ‘Competent’, ‘Partially Complete’ or ‘Not Yet Competent’ for each unit of competency.
- You will be invited to resubmit work until competency can be demonstrated.
