This workshop is ideal for those that work at the frontline in service organisations.
It will provide you with an overview of emergency response procedures and give you practical tools for managing threatening phone calls and handling suspicious mail and bomb threats.
This workshop is facilitated by Andrew Paterson.
Andrew is a renowned Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design practitioner, a board member of the International Centre for the Prevention of Crime (Montreal) and an Associate of the American Crime Prevention Institute (Louisville, Kentucky).
He is highly experienced in crisis intervention, victim support and prison management. He provides training around Australia in crime prevention and dealing with aggression.
