The WHS Committees: Strategic Improvement course provides an overview of the committee's legislative duties and roles.
This course gives committee members a greater awareness of the strategic role of a WHS committee, including its role in facilitating communication, consultation and cooperation between the person conducting a business or undertaking (PCBU) and workers.
$220 (inc. GST)
There are no formal prerequisites for this course, however it is aimed at WHS committee members.
Content
This course will deliver the following:
- an overview of legislative duties and roles (tailored to the learning group’s needs)
- exercises that highlight the attributes of an effective functional committee
- strategic planning activities and discussions.
Assessment
There is no assessment for this course.
