Outline of Program

Effective Project Management underpins the achievement of business outcomes. As workplaces become increasingly complex and job roles more diverse, staff with effective project management skills are in high demand.

The Diploma of Project Management provides participants with the skills and tools required to manage more complex projects in the workplace. This includes project scoping, work definitions and scheduling, resource and stakeholder management, costings and procurement, project implementation and closure

2 x 90 minute plus 1 x 60 minute Live Virtual Classrooms with the facilitator on each scheduled day, with each day scheduled approximately 4-5 weeks apart. Assessment tasks are completed between sessions. We recommend learners set aside 20 – 35 hours/assessment.

Option 1: Traineeship Funding – Your employer is invoiced $3,500 up front.

Option 2: If you do not wish to access Traineeship funding – $5,200 is payable (Monthly Interest Free Direct Debit available). A 20% deposit may be required.

Nationally recognised training is GST free.

This qualification is made up of 12 units of competency based on the qualification packaging rules, located at www.training.gov.au.
