Outline

Effective Project Management underpins the achievement of business outcomes. As workplaces become increasingly complex and job roles more diverse, staff with effective project management skills are in high demand.

The Diploma of Project Management provides participants with the skills and tools required to manage more complex projects in the workplace. This includes project scoping, work definitions and scheduling, resource and stakeholder management, costings and procurement, project implementation and closure

Our facilitator, Rob Weedon is a highly sought after presenter in the Project Management field. His background includes Manager, Training and Development in the Commonwealth Government and Director of Training Services Australia. Format

One day workshops scheduled approximately 4-5 weeks apart. Assessment tasks are completed between sessions. We recommend learners set aside 10 – 15 hours/assessment.
