With over 15 years of experience in learning and development, I have managed various aspects of training—from identifying learning needs to evaluating outcomes. I am passionate about facilitating interactive learning experiences in leadership development, customer service, and diversity and inclusion.
My qualifications and experience as a certified professional coach allow me to create psychologically safe spaces where people feel empowered to experiment, learn, and grow. Alongside empowering individuals and teams through learning, I am also skilled at managing stakeholder relationships and nurturing communities of practice beyond formal learning journeys.

As a trainer and assessor at ASC, I accompany participants on their leadership development journeys—supporting their learning and assessing their progress along the way.
I see learning as a commitment one makes to oneself, and my role is to support and champion that effort.
What do you think makes a great learning experience?
A great learning experience is interactive, experiential, and relatable. In my experience, people learn best when they apply—or at least imagine applying—what they’ve learned in real-life or work situations.
