Your experience?
I bring over 18 years of experience in administration, with a strong background in the Training and Development sector. My career began in 2015 as a Training Coordinator at the Civil Contractors Federation. In 2018, I transitioned to MADEC Australia, where I initially took on the role of Training Coordinator. Over time, I progressed through several positions, ultimately serving as a Traineeship Coordinator.
What is your role at ASC?
I handle a variety of duties, from responding to email and phone enquiries, processing course registrations to updating HSR training with SafeWork SA, managing accounts and student support. I enjoy the interaction with our clients and assisting them to ensure their requirements are dealt with efficiently.
How would you describe a job done well?
A job well done is when everything runs smoothly, the task is complete, and you can take a moment to think, "I crushed that," maybe with a snack in hand, of course.
One hidden talent?
I have an uncanny ability to remember random song lyrics from the 2000’s, except when it’s time to remember something important, like where I put my keys.
