The Internal Auditing (WHS) course is designed for internal auditors and elected Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) in their third year of election.
This course will equip you with the skills to confidently and accurately participate in an internal audit and in the establishment and management of your company’s internal audit program.

This course is for internal audit teams and Level 3 HSRs. It is designed for internal auditors and elected Health and Safety Representative (HSRs) in their third year of election.
Content
This course has the following key learning objectives.
- Contribute to the development of an internal audit program through:
- planning and scheduling audit activities
- developing audit questions
- opening and closing meeting
- gathering verifiable evidence
- interviewing workers and managers.
- Develop the audit report for non-conformances.
- Use a corrective or annual action plan to monitor progress of actions against non-conformances.
Assessment
There is no assessment for this course.
Participants who complete this course may work as WHS professionals and participate in WHS-related internal audits.
