I am a consultant and trainer with over 30 years of experience in strategic consulting and project and quality management. From 2014-2023, I served as the founding Program Director and Associate Professor of the Master of Project Management Program at Torrens University Australia.
My professional background includes senior leadership roles such as Portfolio Manager, Digital Transformation Manager, ICT Manager, and Senior Consultant. These roles have involved senior stakeholder management and consulting for organisations such as IBM, Telstra, 3Pillars Asia Pacific, Business SA, the State Government, NCVER, Torrens University Australia, and BAE Systems Australia.
I have a passion for learning, coaching, teaching, and supporting others. My academic qualifications include a BSc, MBA (Adel), MPM (Adel), and a PhD in Strategic Project Management, which I was awarded in 2019.
I am active in research in the areas of strategy and generative AI, organisational agility, project portfolio management, and project management—with over 20 global publications. I have presented at conferences in Poland, Jordan, South Africa, Germany, America, and Australia.

I develop and deliver accredited and non-accredited training in project management and provide coaching and consultation services.
What do you think makes a great learning experience?
A great learning experience involves engagement and an activity-based approach that highlights key concepts. It’s important to demonstrate how project management concepts are applied in practice.
One fun fact about you?
I have been an avid Squash Player for 40 years. In 2024, I moved to Racquetball and won the 2024 South Australian Raquetballer of the Year award. I enjoy watching all sports and spending time in the kitchen.
