My professional background has taken me on a diverse journey – from hairdressing to retail management, and most recently, working as a learning and development consultant. Across all of these roles, one thing has remained constant: my passion for helping and nurturing people to pursue their passions – whatever that may be.
What is your role at ASC?
My role at ASC is Learning and Development Consultant, where I work alongside our expert facilitators on the delivery, facilitation and assessment of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
How would you describe a job done well?
To me a job done well is one where you have considered all viable paths to get to the desired outcome and taking into consideration all available resources to you. In an RTO sense it would be dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's to ensure all avenues are covered!
One hidden talent?
And one hidden talent? My hidden superpower is spotting any spelling or grammatical errors a mile away.
