Introduction to Financial Information and Reporting

The Introduction to Financial Information and Reporting course is designed for anyone who either holds or aspires to hold financial responsibilities that involve working with financial information and reports.

Financial information is everywhere and has many different forms. Though we collect, use, and review financial information to support our financial decisions, it can be confusing to understand and interpret the terms and concepts that underpin this information.

The information covered in this self-paced online course introduces you to financial information, its sources and uses, and reporting terms and concepts as they apply in your role or workplace.

This course has been co-authored with Mark Priadko.

Mark is respected advisor who has over two decades experience in financial services and has held executive roles in South Australian Treasury and Finance. He has deep knowledge of government decision-making processes and public sector financial management.

Mark has worked with many different groups including for-profit and not-for-profit organisations, universities, and all levels of government – state, federal, and local.
