The Building Positive Team Culture workshop introduces the principles of psychological safety and explores how leaders can create environments where people feel respected, included, and confident to contribute their best work.
"A team is not a group of people that work together. A team is a group of people that trust each other."
— Simon Sinek
Strong team cultures do not happen by chance. They are shaped every day by the behaviours, communication and decisions of leaders. When employees feel safe to contribute ideas, ask questions, raise concerns and learn from mistakes, teams are more engaged, collaborative and productive.
This practical and engaging workshop explores the relationship between leadership, team culture and psychological safety. Participants will explore leadership behaviours that influence team culture and learn techniques to build trust, encourage open communication and create psychologically safe workplaces.
Participants leave with practical tools and strategies they can immediately apply to strengthen team culture and foster positive workplace relationships.
