The Emotional Intelligence for Leaders workshop explores how leaders can strengthen self-awareness, manage their emotions under pressure, and build the trust and communication that underpin effective leadership.
"In a very real sense we have two minds, one that thinks and one that feels."
— Daniel Goleman
Technical expertise and industry knowledge are important leadership capabilities, but on their own they are often not enough to achieve success when working with and leading others. Leaders who demonstrate emotional intelligence are better equipped to build trust, communicate effectively, manage challenging situations and create positive workplace cultures.
This practical and engaging workshop explores the role emotional intelligence plays in leadership effectiveness and workplace relationships. Participants develop an understanding of how their emotions, behaviours and communication affect others, and learn strategies to strengthen self-awareness, self-management and interpersonal effectiveness.
The workshop introduces the key components of emotional intelligence and gives participants practical tools they can apply immediately to strengthen relationships, influence positive outcomes, and build trust and engagement within their teams.
To deepen the learning, the program includes a Brain Talent Profile (BTP) — a personalised insight tool that helps participants identify strengths, uncover blind spots and develop strategies to further strengthen their emotional intelligence and leadership effectiveness.
